What is OmniCash?

OmniCash is our way to say thank you for your business. It is an agent loyalty program that provides you points to be redeemed as vouchers with a huge amount of retailers across the country, or as discounts on Omniche Holidays files.

How to Get Started with OmniCash

To register, simply click the button or send an email to rewards@omnicheholidays.com. Once your registration is received you will be sent your unique OmniCash number to add to your new booking files.

How the Program Works

You'll earn 1 point for every booking you make on any of our FIT packages, Escorted Tours, or Special Events packages. This point is per booking, not per person. Once you've accumulated a minimum of 5 points, you can redeem them for credit on file or digital gift vouchers. But that's not all! You'll also have opportunities to earn bonus points, win access to familiarization trips and exclusive campaigns. Points are accrued when your Omnicash number has been provided to the reservations team and a cleared deposit payment has been made on the booking. Only new bookings made in the month prior to joining the program and onwards are eligible for points accrual.

Redeeming Your Points

Your points are flexible! You can use them for discounts on future Omniche Holidays bookings or redeem them as gift vouchers for yourself or your clients. Here is the link to see which GiftPay; partners are available to redeem your points on. Once you hit your 5 points you are able to request to redeem them by sending an email to rewards@omnicheholidays.com or clicking the button below.

If redeeming on vouchers: Once processed an email will be sent through to you from GiftPay with an Omniche Holidays branded gift card. You can then click on the link which will take you to the list of retailers that you can choose from. Once selected you will receive your unique retailers e-voucher to “TREAT YOUR SELF”.

If redeeming as a discount on an Omniche Holidays file: In your redemption request please include the booking number and passenger name that you would like to receive the discount on. Once applied, you will receive an updated invoice that indicates the OmniCash discount.

Terms & Conditions:

Points can only be accumulated by the individual travel agent only and is non-transferrable to another agent. When a travel agent changes stores or brands the points are allowed to follow them. All Independent Travel Packages, Special Interest packages and Group Escorted Tours are eligible to earn Omnicash Rewards points.

1 point is accrued per booking, once a deposit payment has cleared. To accrue your points successfully your Omnicash number MUST be applied upon booking and no later than the travel date. After travel the points are no longer able to be accumulated to your total. Points are valid for 12 months from the time of accrual.

When redeeming points for booking discounts, you can use any quantity. However, if you opt for a gift voucher, these are issued in multiples of $100 only. Omniche Holidays booking conditions apply on all Omniche Rewards bookings.

For any cancelled bookings, the associated points earnt will be retained from the cancellation fee applied to your booking. Fringe Benefit Tax is the sole responsibility of the participating travel agent. Any non-redeemed points outside the 12-month period will be forfeited. Omniche Holidays reserves the right to change or withdraw this rewards program at any time for any reason without notice.

Deposited bookings made between 01 August and 31 December 2025 will accrue 1 point worth $20 of rewards.
