Day 2 – Wednesday 02 July 2025: Bounty Museum & Island Life Tour (B, L, T, D)
After breakfast, lose yourself in the Bounty Folk Museum, though small in size, the museum is wide in scope, with lots of artefacts to pore over. After lunch, spend a delightful afternoon touring Norfolk Island, gaining a true insight into the intricate nature of modern island life. Freshen up prior to dinner at Bounty Grill & Bar, an original historic homestead building built in the early 1900’s.

Day 3 – Thursday 03 July 2025: Over the Cattlestops Tour (B, L, D)
Explore the heart and soul of Norfolk Island on this captivating tour, where you'll discover the hidden gems of local industries. Meet the skilled artisans and entrepreneurs behind the island's thriving businesses as they showcase their unique crafts and specialties. From handcrafted pottery to locally made soft drinks, you'll have the chance to taste and purchase some of the finest locally-made products. After lunch, take the opportunity to enjoy your free afternoon at leisure. You might want to head to Emily Bay for a refreshing swim or a leisurely walk along the shore. If you're in the mood for a bit of sport, consider playing a round of golf. Positioned on the coastal, south-east side of the island, the golf club has some of the most spectacular views and a rich heritage to rival any golf course in the world. Alternatively, explore the local township for some more shopping. Whatever you choose, make sure to savour the afternoon at your own pace. This evening, delight in a two-course dinner accompanied by engaging entertainment.

Day 4 – Friday 04 July 2025: History in the Making, Pitcairn Settlers Village & Progressive Dinner (B, L, D)
Discover more on the History in the Making Tour. Explore convict work sites in historic Kingston, visit a small working museum, and experience hands-on demonstrations of traditional activities like shingle and rope making. Explore the history of the Pitcairn Island Settlers with a guided tour of the Bailey homestead, gardens, and out-buildings. Visit the museum showcasing historic items and the oldest working forge in the Pacific, an ex-New Zealand Army hut with wartime memorabilia, and enjoy an exclusive film and complimentary refreshments. Enjoy free time this afternoon to relax by the pool or consult your Escort if you'd prefer to go for a walk or visit a spot on the island. Tonight, savour a 3-course meal as you move between different Norfolk Island family homes. It’s a fun evening that offers a chance to meet locals and sample island dishes.

Day 5 – Saturday 05 July 2025: Captain Cook Monument, Bumboras Bay, Bailey’s Tea Party & Wonderland by night (B, T, D)
At the Captain Cook Monument and Lookout, take in breathtaking views of the coastline, where Norfolk pines stand tall on rugged cliffs with the South Pacific waves crashing below. Off the shore, you'll spot formations like Bird Rock, Elephant Rock, and Green Pool Stone. Recommend a light lunch (own expense) today as you ready for the long-established favourite of afternoon tea which has been re-imagined for Bailey’s Restaurant on Norfolk. Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and spend the afternoon with friends new or old as you partake in a selection of sweet and savoury delights and tea or coffee. Tonight, don your Christmas ugly sweater for a two-course dinner at Bailey Restaurant. End the night, enjoying a bush poetry under the stars as you meander along (or ride in the ‘moon buggy’) a gentle winding path with a descendant of the Bounty mutineers, as he recites his poems and lights up the dioramas.

Day 6 – Sunday 06 July 2025: Markets, Hundred Acres, Lavender Farm (B, D)\
Start your day by exploring the local markets, where you can admire arts and crafts and interact with the friendly locals. Then, take a leisurely stroll through the stunning Hundred Acres Reserve, a must-see destination. The walking track leads to Rocky Point, offering breathtaking cliffside views. Afterwards, enjoy time at the Lavender Farm, where you can see different varieties of lavender cultivated there. You can also see commercial plantings of rosemary, sage, and seasonal vegetables grown for the 'paddock-to-plate' experience. Don’t miss the chance to try the delicious Lavender Scones, Tea, Coffee, Gelato, Belgium Waffles, Loaded Baked Potatoes, Cocktails, Tap Beer, Wine & Champagne (own expense). Tonight, indulge in a sumptuous Island Style Christmas in July Dinner with Entertainment.

Day 7 – Monday 07 July 2025: Cyclorama, Botanic Gardens, World of Norfolk & Traditional Christmas Dinner (B, L, D)
This morning view an amazing 360° panoramic painting. A unique way to experience the history of the Bounty adventures and discover how the world’s most famous mutiny created the Pitcairn and Norfolk communities. Afterwards, wander the Queen Victoria Garden at Hillis Restaurant, followed by a visit to Gallery Guava for a delightful exploration of local art. Join a ranger-guided walk through the Botanic Gardens, where you'll be introduced to some of Norfolk Island's most fascinating and iconic plant species. Visit the World of Norfolk an engaging gallery curated by photographer Rob Nisbet, showcasing breathtaking images that capture the essence and beauty of Norfolk Island. Featuring 14 interpretive displays, the exhibition highlights the island’s landscapes, traditions, and history, including its ties to the descendants of the Bounty Mutineers. Conclude the evening with a traditional Christmas dinner complete with all the trimmings, accompanied by trivia and joyful Christmas carols.
